An agreement Between Germany and Netherlands gave birth to a joint program named TEN, Tactical Edge Networking.

While considered to be a one of a kind test, the idea is to initially establish relations between ground operations of the German army and the tactical communicating program of the Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands which could in theory speed up creation of new technologies, operations coordination and advance cyber warfare for both Countries

If future development and deployment of upgraded joint standards gos well it should give Incentives to other NATO countries to join the program
